The Challenge
The QRILL Company wanted to strengthen its employer brand by highlighting the people and values that define the organization. While HR had already captured authentic footage internally, they needed professional support to transform the material into engaging films suitable for the website, internal communication, and social media.
Our Approach
Working closely with the HR team, we focused on shaping the existing footage into clear and compelling employee stories. Our role was to structure the narrative, refine the message, and elevate the material through editing, storytelling, and visual finishing while preserving the authentic feel of the employee-generated content.
The Solution
We delivered a series of employee stories alongside a dedicated onboarding film designed to support recruitment and employee engagement. The films highlight The QRILL Company’s culture, values, and the pride employees take in their work – offering a genuine glimpse into what makes the company a distinctive place to build a career.
