KWC aims to establish itself as a recognized expert and leading specialist in valuation. The company operates with strong profitability and has growth ambitions through organic expansion. This process can be described from as “a different kind of consultancy” to “specialist in valuation”.

Challenge
Clarify KWC's position as a leading specialist in valuation and secure market recognition as an expert. Our task was to define and articulate KWC’s strategic identity and develop a distinctive visual and communicative expression as part of strengthening the KWC brand.
Insight/foundation
The foundation for strategic direction and decisions—as well as our recommended solutions—was built on internal and external research, including personal interviews. Key findings showed that those familiar with KWC highly trust its services, but the company remains relatively unknown to those not directly working with it.
Through this rebranding process, KWC now has a clearer identity and a stronger position in the market as a trusted and recognized specialist in its field.
